FOUNDER & CEO
(CHICAGO)

  • Seth Martin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quad Capital Partners and Principal of First Martin Corporation. From 2009 to 2020, Martin was the President of Pritzker Realty Group, a $2.0Bn institutional real estate investment platform focused on the multifamily and industrial sectors throughout the US and Mexico. Prior to Pritzker, he founded Martin Capital Group, a predecessor to Quad Capital, and was a Vice President at AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors L.P.) where he mainly focused on investments in Europe and completed over $3 billion worth of transactions in seven different countries. From 1997 to 1999, Martin was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Department at J.P. Morgan and before that an Associate with Hines.

    Martin graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Modern European Studies. He currently serves on the board of directors at the Bank of Ann Arbor and is a member of YPO, and is a former member of the National Multihousing Council, Real Estate Roundtable and Pension Real Estate Association.

  • Michael Martin is COO of Quad Capital Partners and the President of First Martin Corporation, an Ann Arbor based real estate development and management firm. Prior to returning to Ann Arbor in 2005, Martin worked as a portfolio manager in asset services for the commercial real estate firm CBRE in New York City, a construction superintendent for Ann Arbor based general contractor O’Neal Construction as well as in Chicago with his brother at Martin Capital Group.

    In addition to his role as President of First Martin Corp., Martin has served on the board of directors at the Bank of Ann Arbor since 2011. Active in the local non-profit community, Mr. Martin is currently on the board of UMS (University Musical Society) as well as serving as past Chair of the Board of Arbor Hospice and board member of Big Brother and Big Sisters. Martin earned a B.A. in History from Kenyon College, is a two-time NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) graduate, and a YPO member.


CFO

  • Jason Winters joined FMC in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. From 2011 to 2023, Winters was a Principal in Plante Moran’s Restructuring and Transformation Practice, where he helped clients identify underlying causes of underperformance and develop and execute strategies to maximize their businesses’ potential. From 1999 to 2011, Winters was CFO of the Athletic Department at the University of Michigan, where the department invested over $400 million in rebuilding its physical plant. Other experience includes Captec Financial Group, AlixPartners (advisor to troubled companies), and Deloitte (where he earned his CPA). Winters graduated from the University of Michigan with a BBA in Business Administration.


SENIOR ADVISOR

  • William C. Martin is a Senior Advisor of Quad Capital Partners and founded the First Martin Corporation in 1968, a diversified real estate development company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In 1996, he founded the Bank of Ann Arbor and serves as its Board Chair. Martin taught economics at Muskingum College, Eastern Michigan University, and the graduate school of business at the University of Michigan. In 2000, Martin was named the tenth Athletic Director of the University of Michigan and served in that capacity for ten years. Martin’s public service includes serving as President of the Washtenaw Land Conservancy, Ann Arbor Public Schools Foundation Board and Wittenberg University Board. The Ann Arbor News recognized Martin as the Citizen of the Year.

    He earned his BA degree from Wittenburg College, a graduate degree in economics from the University of Sweden and MBA from the University of Michigan. As a lifelong sailor, Martin was President of the United States Sailing Association, the governing body for the sport. He has also served as a board member and President of the United States Olympic Committee, receiving its highest honor, the General Douglas MacArthur Award. Currently, he is active on the boards of the National Football Foundation and the Miami Dolphins.


MANAGING DIRECTOR, HEAD OF CLIENT SOLUTIONS (NEW YORK CITY)

  • As QCP’s Head of Client Solutions, Michael Bennett brings 20+ years of experience in raising over $5 billion of equity capital.  He has structured capital raising with co-mingled funds, programmatic joint ventures, and large, complex direct asset transactions.  Prior to Quad Capital Partners, he has worked with leading groups including Morgan Stanley, Hodes Weill, Round Hill Capital, Tribeca Investment Group and Empira Group.  Additionally, Bennett is a decorated combat veteran having successfully served six years as a non-commissioned officer with the US Army 75th Ranger Regiment. Bennett has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Economics from Baruch College.


MANAGING DIRECTOR, HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

  • Drawing on her national experience in commercial real estate development, asset management, and public policy, Christine is responsible for the sourcing, execution, and performance of Quad’s development portfolio. Prior to joining Quad, Christine was a Senior Director of Development and Asset Management at Greystar and prior to that the Associate Vice President of Development at Focus. Her experience includes more than $575M of development with institutional partners, the creation of thousands of units across all residential product and construction types, and investment management of a $1.5B class-A, 3700-unit property portfolio. Christine received a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Oregon.


MANAGING DIRECTOR, HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS

  • As QCP’s Head of Acquisitions, Jeff Anderson brings more than 22 years of real estate private equity experience and $2.9 billion in total transaction volume. Throughout his career, he has led transactions while remaining actively involved across all facets of the investment platform, including strategy, capital markets, asset management, and development. Jeff has held senior roles with leading global investment managers, including Principal Real Estate, RREEF/DWS, and BlackRock. His sourcing and execution experience spans all major asset classes and risk profiles across the U.S., with more than 70% of completed transactions concentrated in housing — including multifamily, student housing, and build-to-rent communities. Most recently, Jeff served as Chief Investment Officer at Grand Peaks, where he oversaw investment strategy and capital deployment across the Western U.S. Jeff earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa and an M.S. in Real Estate from DePaul University.

  • Kyle Roman joined QCP at inception and is responsible for investment and capital raising activities. From 2018 to 2020, Roman was an Analyst in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Debt and Equity group (formerly Holiday Fenoglio Fowler), placing over $1.75 billion across the capital stack in all major property types nationally. Before joining HFF, Roman worked in Bank of America’s balance sheet lending group, originating new loans and managing a portfolio of real estate credit transactions. Roman graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics.


VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

  • James Skaggs leads construction strategy and execution across QCP’s development portfolio.  Bringing more than 20 years of industry experience, Skaggs has delivered a diverse national portfolio of over 35 projects totaling more than $2.5 billion in development value.  Before joining QCP, Skaggs served as Vice President of Construction & Development for City Club Apartments and Senior Lifestyle Corporation where he oversaw large‑scale multifamily, senior living, and mixed‑use developments across multiple markets.  Earlier in his career, he worked at Lendlease building prominent high‑rise projects in Chicago.  Skaggs holds an MBA and B.S. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Programming Technology from Purdue University.


VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
(ANN ARBOR)

  • Elena Feniak is a Vice President of Finance at Quad Capital, where she leads the monthly financial close process, property reporting, and ensures compliance with US GAAP, fund accounting standards, and year-end audits. Prior to joining Quad Capital, Elena was an Accounting Manager at Pet Supplies Plus, where she played a key role in optimizing day-to-day accounting operations and driving efficiencies across the finance team. From 2017 to 2022, she worked as a Senior Accountant at SSI Schaefer, managing accounting and finance for large-scale construction automation projects. Elena holds a BA in Public Administration from Penza State University and is a licensed CPA.


SENIOR ASSOCIATE OF INVESTMENTS

  • John Schmitz joined Quad Capital Partners in 2023. Prior to that, Schmitz was an Analyst in LivCor’s Financial Planning and Analysis group, overseeing financial performance and assisting asset management of the Blackstone and TruAmerica joint venture portfolio in San Diego, CA. Before joining LivCor, he worked in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Investment Advisory group facilitating multifamily transactions across the Midwest. John graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance.


DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
(MADISON)

  • Mike Henry joined Quad Capital Partners as a Development Associate, where he is responsible for the development, construction, and turnover of various projects. Prior to joining Quad Capital, Mike was a Development Manager at Hendricks Commercial Properties, where he focused on the development of multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality assets. Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
